Our role is to analyze the existing design created by another consultant and identify ways to enhance value without compromising on quality.
With three basement levels, a ground floor, and eight typical floors in the building, our focus is on optimizing the layout, materials, and construction methods to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. By applying our expertise in value engineering principles, we aim to streamline the design, reduce unnecessary expenses, and find creative solutions that add value to the project.
